    1. On page 1, line 13, before the period, insert "; INCREASING THE TIME ALLOWED FOR RETURNING TO WORK".

    2. On page 4, line 15, strike "thirty-six" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
